Empowerment yoga is a dynamic yoga class that combines workout with yoga asanas. It uses physical exercise, breath work and inner focus to integrate daily experiences into physical body and bring an alignment to our mental and emotional state. It helps to find inner strength and a sense of inspiration to go on in a day-to-day basis feeling empowered.
Irina is RYT200 yoga teacher and an eternal student. Through personal experiences and daily practice Irina learned that yoga gives us powerful tools that helps to find inner strength, balance and a sense of inspiration to strive in life. She teaches empowerment yoga to share these mindful tools with you and wants to see you feeling empowered.
