Most people’s legs and posterior body have become weak and tight from sitting at an office desk for more than 8 hours a day. This can further create issues in the shoulders and knees. Welcome to Happy Hips! This will be a challenging, yet fun session on how to create awareness and mobility in the hips. Come on the mat with an open mind and let’s play!
Jen is a bilingual yoga teacher based in Taipei. Her practice began with the austere Astanga. But now, she specializes in strengthening through isolating movements and asanas. Her mantra “Do yoga. Do you.” reflects her mission to guide you to feel your best, on the mat, so that you can be the best you, off the mat.
