About this class:
We will be exploring the standing part of Acroyoga. This class will be design around the concept of counterbalance and lift. We will start easy and give everyone a taste of how it works! The class is open level. You can bring your partner or come by yourself. Yoga mats are recommend, if you don't have one it can also work! See you guys soon!
Kevin started Acroyoga in 2014. After few years of regular practice he decided to start teaching in 2016. Since then he’s been teaching at least one regular Acroyoga class every week.
